Classes are timetabled throughout the day with the morning classes geared to professional dancers or advanced students. At City Dance Centre, we understand how hard it is to maintain a classical standard if you are not attending a school or dancing in a company full time. With that in mind we strive to accommodate the dancer with classes that further develop technique, enhance stamina, and encourage artistic development.

For adults with little to no ballet experience – it’s never too late to start! For adults returning to dance from childhood ballet classes or for adults that have never attempted barre exercises, City Dance Centre has classes at various levels designed to support your experience. Our adult evening classes are open classes, however, are structured around the capability of the dancer. If you are unsure of your ballet level, please contact us and we would be happy to help guide you to the correct class. Booking is not required for any of our classes.

City Dance Centre offers private classes and coaching to improve ballet technique, prepare for examination solos, or for professionals refining their repertoire.
